Create articles using AI

How it works

Step 1: Find Sources and topics

We scrape your website and we regularly refresh this. We match the article keyword(s) with relevant pages on your website. We then search in your location for keyword. The content that is currently showing on Google will be analysed and if relevant will be used as a source. We find typically about ±6-15 sources per article.

We also find these sources automatically:

  • Competing articles for this keyword
  • Mentions about this keyword on social media sites like Reddit
  • Relevant user generated content like Yelp reviews
  • Information on competitor sites
  • Relevant information you already have on your website.

This content is then analysed and mapped into topics, you can review the sources and topics before an article is created.

Step 2: Generate Outline

Because Adaptify knows what other content is ranking on this keyword, our writer will create an outline that is more in depth than any other competing articles on Google. This outline will utilise all the source data and topics created in step 1.

Step 3: Write article

Our articles are usually over 2000 words long, we have no content limits, longer articles with a lot of information tend to rank better and have more information. In this step we will also crosslink to existing content on your website. We will also carefully select outbound links to reputable sources. And if you have set a pillar page it will also find the right places to mention this page.

You can configure tone of voice, author, and how the company is mentioned. You can also include pricing information if needed.

Step 4: SEO Optimise and Find rich media

We automatically create, infographics, branded charts, and AI images. We also find relevant stock images, and YouTube videos. We also add metadata, select a category and decide on an SEO optimised URL.

Manage Topics

In the Article Overview sidebar click on “+ More”:

Here you will find a complete list of all keywords and topics used for creating your article.

If the article has not been written you can delete any secondary keyword or topic.

Manage Sources

In the sidebar you will also find the sources used for writing an article:

If the article has not been written yet, you can remove any source. You can also add any URL for it to be included in the article.

Add Instructions

You can add a custom instruction to any article, this is handy if you have specific requirements for an article. Additionally Adaptify will remember previous instructions and use it for future articles. You can manage previous instructions in “Site Settings”

Give Feedback and regenerate article

When an article has been generated, you can give feedback to improve and train the AI. Additionally you can regenerate the article, it will listen to your feedback and edits you’ve made regarding topics and sources.

Edit title

You can edit the title of any article, if you change the title before it has been created it will change the article content:

Edit images and text

Hover over any image or text and an “edit” pencil shows up, click on it to reveal an AI edit screen:

Linking

Inbound linking

We know every URL of your website, so where relevant will cross link to other blog posts, products or landing pages. Giving your site an overall boost

Outbound linking

We find relevant links and sources that are linked in your articles, this is a best practice method that is usually not possible using other AI writers. You can change this setting, as for some businesses this is encouraged, and for others you might want to have a blacklist or completely disable it.
