How it works
All settings for your website can be found when you go to your dashboard to then navigate to “Website Settings” here:
Manage Company Information
Company Strategy
This is how your company is currently seen by Google. If your business is changing for example you’re adding more services or expanding to another segment you can update this description.
Customer avatar
Mention Competitors
Bye default we will create outbound links when creating articles. This includes competitors, as it is very likely that your prospects have already come across the competition in their research. When using Google visitors often compare between your business and competitors. Mentioning competitors allows you to control the conversation, in a way that you want to, highlighting the benefits of your own product/service.
This is how this setting looks like:
For some businesses mentioning competitors is not a good idea, for example if you have a competitor that sells exactly the same product, but cheaper, you’ll likely lose business in that case, we try to identify them but in some cases we will miss them. In this case you can add direct competitors to this list and we won’t mention them anymore.
Alternatively you can disable mentioning competitors completely, this might reduce article variety as some list based articles will not be written anymore:

SEO Writing options
Here you can change various settings that will customise the writer to your requirements:
Here is an overview of the customisations available to you:
Point of view
Available settings are:
- First Person Plural (we, us, our, ours)
- First Person Singular (I, me, my, mine)
- Third Person (he, she, it, they)
Tone of voice inspiration
The default is optimised for your site and will generate great articles, for some specific contexts it might be suitable to change tone of voice. Available settings are:
- Optimised for your site (default)
- More like Hubspot
- More like Slack
- More like Lush
- More like Home Depot
- More like Dove
- More like Tiffany & Co.
Company Name
This setting is important when the “Website Name” is not the same as the Company Name. Or if you’re doing a rebrand.
Author name and title
This field ideally is not empty, add a name and a title, eg Hans, Cofounder at Adaptify
. This will help our writer to understand about the author the article.
Mentioning Pricing
When your product has pricing, it’s great to mention it, visitors from Google are often looking for pricing information. But for some businesses like architects this is not as straightforward, so disabling this can make sense.
Article Length
By default our articles are as long as possible, but

Source Data
Here you can add your website, or youtube channel, if you have separate URL’s part of this SEO strategy like blog.website.com you can add them here too.
We support adding Youtube channels too (this is a Beta feature).
Delete Website
You can delete a website, this is permanent and cannot be undone. You will lose all your site data like your existing SEO strategy, keywords, settings, any unpublished articles, backlink pitches etc.
If you are on the growth plan you will be able to add another website after.
On the agency plan it means you will be able to add an additional website.
Manage Website Integration
Here you can set up one-click publishing for your blog for more information go to
