Using AI and a variety of data sources we help you find clusters of keywords and turn this into a content strategy.
What are Keyword Clusters
Keyword clusters are groups of words or phrases that are all related to the same topic. For example, if your topic is "dogs," your keyword cluster might include words like "dog breeds," "puppy care," and "best dog food." This helps when people search online, making it more likely for them to find your website because you have lots of related content about one topic.
Where can I manage my Keyword Clusters?
On the dashboard navigate to “Manage Keyword Clusters and you will see a list of your keywords like this:
Add your own keywords
You can add more keywords to any cluster, simply click “Add Keywords” and type in a keyword title, we will automatically find and suggest more keywords for you.
Additionally Adaptify supports the integration of your existing keyword strategies. You can import keywords via CSV.
Secondary Keywords
In your keyword cluster you will find primary keywords, and secondary keywords, we automatically group similar articles together.
You can do this too, simply drag a keyword over another keyword to make it a secondary keyword.
You can also drag a secondary keyword out, and make it a primary keyword by itself.
You can see it is a secondary keyword by hovering over it, you will also see that this keyword will navigate to the same article:
How are keywords turned into articles
Higher impact keywords are turned into a single article, and sometimes multiple keywords will combine into one single article. Click on a keyword to find the relevant article.
Intelligent Keyword Clustering
Our system automatically groups related keywords, enhancing the coherence of your content.
What if I run out of keywords?
When you run out of keywords Adaptify will automatically top up keywords, this happens in regular intervals. Our aim is to show you the next 30 days ahead so you have enough time to make changes and review your keyword strategy.
Pillar pages
Some clusters keywords perform better when their primary goal is to link not your homepage but another page, you can configure this for each cluster by simply clicking on “Set a Topic Pillar URL”
Pillar pages is a relatively new SEO concept, you can read more about this here at the HubSpot blog:
Prioritizing clusters
By default we will select the highest impact cluster, the content strategy will be planned 30 days ahead, and sometimes Adaptify will automatically prioritise multiple clusters.
Each cluster will either be:
- “In Content Plan”
- “Scheduled”
You can manually Prioritize clusters, just hover over “scheduled” and click the button:
Refresh Content Plan
If you have made changes to your cluster, we will automatically update and change your Content Plan. But this can take a while.
If you’d like to see the changes as quick as possible, just press the button “Refresh Content Plan”, we will then research all the keywords again and update your Content Plan.
Create Content Plan
Press this button to research all the keywords and add the cluster to the Content Plan. If you see this button the cluster is not added to the content plan and if left unclicked will be added at a later date.
Create New Clusters
You can add new clusters in “Manage Keywords”, when you add a cluster we will automatically find relevant keywords for you
