0:00 Hi everyone, and welcome back to Adaptify Essentials. Today we're going to be taking a look at setting up your SEO white label reporting and also how to send your clients their white label agency portal. 0:13 So let's get going. To set up the white label reporting, you'll need to set it up in two locations. One location is mainly for your agency and your agency's branding. 0:24 The other location is going to focus on your clients. So first, let's go set it up for your agency. To find that, you're going to click on my account in the upper right hand corner. 0:35 Scroll down to white label reporting. As you can see, I already have some of this set up, but it's really easy. 0:42 The first thing you're going to click on is this box underneath email. Put in who the white label report is going to come from. 0:50 This is ideally going to be somebody within your agency. Just put in a first name, and then this is always going to come from at SEOstats.io. 0:58 That keeps it completely white label. Your clients will never know exactly where it's coming from at the end. The reply to email is going to be your email. 1:07 Whoever your agency will be fielding any questions that might come from this report, and then their name. After you have that set up, you can also feel free to click on these boxes down here. 1:18 This one will allow you to upload your agency's branding, and then you can also change the report title to include your agency name, and then if you have a catchy catchy phrase for your brand, feel free to put that in there as well. 1:32 Once you have this set up, then we're going to turn our attention to setting it up for your client's end. 1:37 To do that, scroll back up, click on the back button, and now we're going to go to set up SEO reporting. 1:45 When you click on this, it's going to take you to the automated SEO reporting screen. Here you're going to be able to put in your client's email address. 1:55 you can send this to multiple emails within the same client site, just make sure that you add a comma in between their emails. 2:04 Within the message, you can either leave it just kind of this generic message, or you can go ahead and put in something that more fits your company's style or brand. 2:15 You can also scroll down and have a couple of options. You can send yourself a test Just to make sure everything's working correctly. 2:22 You can tell us whether you want to report on the keywords and content that have been added to Adaptify, that's going to be any of the content we've created for you since the site was added, or you can change it to report on all pages and keywords, that's going to be data that's pulled from Google Search 2:36 Console. You can also include the technical SEO in the report, and by default, everything will come as white label. If you'd like, you can see what the report is going to look like by clicking Bye! 2:49 Export PDF, and you'll be able to see all of the content that your clients will be getting. When you click Schedule Report, that means that that report, everything you've now just set up, will be sent to whoever you have in this To box every Monday. 3:06 That's all you need to set up the actual white label reporting side. Now, let's jump into the Client Portal. The Client Portal was designed to allow agencies such as yours to share your client's successes both in their performance and with their backlink pitches, allow your clients to take a look at 3:24 articles that are still pending and waiting for review, and also see what their upcoming content plan has in store. So let's take a look at what that looks like. 3:32 To access the Client Portal, you're just going to click on the Client Portal button at the bottom of the reporting screen. 3:40 This will take you to a white label website made just for your client. When this has your client's information, that will actually show their website here and their logo. 3:50 So don't worry, none of the Adaptify name or logo will show up. This allows your client to take a look at things such as their SEO performance. 4:00 These graphs are still going to be fully interactive with a rolling 30 days worth of information. If they scroll down, they can also see how their backlink pitches are doing. 4:11 All of these links are live links, so once it has this little link icon next to it, your clients will be able to click there and go see their quote. 4:20 Further down, your clients will be able to take a look at the planned articles for the next 30 days. See any, any created articles that are still waiting for their review. 4:30 This is particularly powerful for clients who would like to review their articles before they're written. This now means that you no longer have to export the articles directly out of Adaptify into Google Docs, send it over to your client. 4:43 All you need to do is simply send them the link to this platform, and they'll be able to click in, see all of the pertinent information, such as article sources, and then some of the SEO strategy on this particular article, and that's it. 4:57 Be able to take a look at the article itself and give you feedback. Beyond that, it'll give you the list of their currently published articles, and also their technical SEO edit, so they'll be able to see that their site seed particularly needs improvement, and then learn more about how they can actually 5:18 work with that. Currently, in order to be able to share this portal with your clients, you will need to copy and paste. 5:25 this link, and then share that with them. We are hoping in the future that we'll be able to include that link inside of the message here. 5:35 If you'd like that to just be included automatically, feel free to click into the client portal, grab the link, and add it to your email message. 5:46 No matter how you get it to them, we hope that the client portal is a success. If you have any questions, or as always, if there's anything we can do to help with your workflow, definitely let us know. 5:57 Have a great day!
