0:00 Hey everyone! Welcome back to Adaptify Essentials. Today we're talking about how to set up your white label reporting and how to send your clients their own white label client portal. 0:11 So let's get started. The first thing that you need to do to set up any of your white label reporting is going to be going to the my account button in the upper right hand corner of your dashboard. 0:22 Scroll down to the white label reporting section and then set this up. The important thing to remember is that this section is. 0:30 It's all about you and your agency. So when you're setting up this email, this is going to be an email that's a reply to. 0:37 If your clients have questions about their white label reporting, they want to get back to you about anything. This is going to be who that reply to email goes to. 0:46 Currently, it's always going to come from an at SEOstats.io white label email. So go ahead and put your name here. 0:54 Whoever it is who's going to be handling those reply to emails, put their email here and their name as well. 1:00 and then click save changes. The other thing that you'll want to do is you'll want to be able to go ahead and upload your agency's logo, add your agency name, and put in your agency's URL. 1:14 These things will all show up on the white label portal and it just makes it look a little bit nicer and prettier. 1:20 Once you have that, we're ready to go to the client side. To do so, scroll back up, click on the go back button, and then we're going to go to the fifth thing it underneath. 1:30 Your configuration checklist, which says set up SEO reporting. We're going to click into this. And the first thing you're going to see is that there's a to field. 1:41 This is now switching over to being about your client. So this to field is going to be whoever it is on your client side that you're going to be sending this report to. 1:50 You can have multiple emails here. Just remember to separate them with a comma. You can even put your own email here. 1:56 So if you'd like to get a of whatever it is that you're going to be sending your client weekly. Feel free to add your own email there as well. 2:03 We also have a pre filled in message. You're free to leave that or you can fill this in with whatever you'd like to say to your clients on a reoccurring basis as this is the message that will get sent weekly or monthly depending on how you have your settings set. 2:19 If we continue scrolling down here, you get a few options for your report. You can report on just the content and keywords that have been added to Adaptify. 2:29 That means ever since, you added your client's website to the platform, these are the things that we're going to be reporting on. 2:36 Or you can change this to be all of the Google pages and keywords. This is going to give them a lot lengthier report. 2:43 And sometimes it's a little bit harder to kind of understand off the bat. So we do recommend just leaving it on the all content and keywords added to Adaptify. 2:53 But this option is here if you need it. You can also change your reporting frequency. So this is going to be weekly or monthly. 3:02 Whether you're going to include the technical SEO in the report, this technical SEO that you're including, you can take a look at. 3:09 If we go back really quickly, it is what is under website and SEO potential here. So if you have a client and you're working on getting them to maybe optimize and update their website a little bit, it is a good idea to go ahead and include that. 3:22 Otherwise, you can unclick that and leave it off. That is completely up to you. White label, by default, this should always be on, we will not mention a doubt. 3:31 It should any of your reporting or in the white label portal. And then finally, you can send yourself a test email. 3:37 You can schedule this report. These get sent out on the first Monday of the month. You can also export a PDF so you can have kind of an idea of what this is going to look like. 3:48 Again, for your agency, your logo is, your logo is going to be up here. Your company name, your URL. This will be your client's logo and information, and then it will have everything here. 4:00 And this will be one of what is emailed to them. After you're happy with this report, the white label reporting itself is complete. 4:10 From here, you also have the option of setting up the client portal. There really isn't a whole lot of setup for you to do other than click on client portal. 4:20 And then copy and paste this URL and give it to your client. That's going to be a live URL. It will always take them to this site. 4:28 From this site, they will get up-to-date on . information that's going to include things like a performance overview. This has those same graphs that they can scroll over. 4:39 Remember, this is a rolling 30 days. So wherever they end, it's going to be 30 days from that date. They also now can go in and click this performance detail button. 4:50 If you've been a user with us for a little while, you might notice this is a new feature to the white label client portal. 4:56 Now your clients can go in and they can get accurate detailed information about their artist. Good morning. Cool. Things such as the article name, keywords, impressions, clicks, average position. 5:07 And if we scroll over, as you can see, you can see your changes between this period and last period period being a 30 days. 5:15 Or you can click up here and you can click keyword, and you can get very similar information. The keywords, the cluster that keyword comes from, impressions, clicks, average position with, again, an interactive change here. 5:27 here. We can go back. Other things that your client can do from the white label portal, they can check on their backlink building. 5:36 So anytime they have a successful backlink and we have the URL to fill that backlink, whether that is a PR backlink or a content backlink, those will show up here. 5:44 It will also show the DR of the listing site. Again, this is whether you have a PR or content backlink. 5:51 So both those types of backlinks will show up here. It's also going to give you a summary of how many backlinks are in progress. 5:57 And again, these are how many have been placed. And we'll see you Thank much. Thank you. Your clients will also be able to see the next 30 days worth of planned articles. 6:06 This is going to give them information, such as the article title, the keywords of those articles are going to be based on, and the cluster. 6:13 As we continue down, if you have clients who do not utilize the automated so they actually have articles that they need to approve before you publish them to their site, this is for you. 6:26 This created article section allows your clients to come. . . in and click to review the articles that are sitting waiting for them. 6:35 This is going to give them information, such as the keywords that this article has been created on, the sources that are used within this article, obviously the article itself so that they can take a look at the content, the images, all of that. 6:50 They can scroll down and get a little bit of SEO strategy. And then finally, once they're ready, they're going to be able to come down and approve this article. 6:59 Cool. Bye-bye. Decline this article or add a comment to this article. If you decline an article, it will automatically ask for a comment. 7:08 Within the comment section, they're going to be able to give you some overall general reasons, inaccuracy, didn't like the tone of voice, didn't like the content. 7:16 Or they can choose other, and then just put in whatever it is they would like there. They can do that with just adding a content, but they still approve this piece of content. 7:27 They just want to maybe give you some pointers for the future. or again, if they decline, they'll have to add a comment as to why. 7:34 That way your agency knows what it can do to edit this, article and make it better and ready for publishing. 7:40 we go back here, we'll also see our published articles. So these are going to be the articles that have been approved and published. 7:47 It'll give them not only the article title, keyword cluster, but the date that it was published. And then finally, if you've chosen to add in that SEO audit, they'll get that SEO audit with their title. 7:58 So this score and then a full report on some things that maybe need improvement. Again, this is a completely live, white label website. 8:09 So all you need to do is just copy paste out this URL, send it to your client, and it will update in real time for them. 8:16 That's it for this adaptifies essentials. If you have any questions, as always, let us know and have a great day.
