Give AI Feedback: How to Train Your Content

The Give AI Feedback feature allows you to guide how your client’s articles are written.

You can use it to:

• Adjust tone and writing style
• Standardize calls-to-action (CTAs)
• Control formatting (such as anchor text)
• Ensure key messaging is included in every article
• Give specific image instructions
• and more…

Rather than editing articles one by one, this feature helps the AI learn your preferences and apply them consistently over time.

Where to Find It

1. Open any article (published, scheduled, or draft)

2. Locate the purple “Give AI Feedback” button in the bottom left corner

3. Click to open the feedback panel

How to Give Feedback

Step 1: Enter Your Instructions

In the feedback box labeled:

“What specific improvements would you like to see?”

Add clear, repeatable instructions.

Examples:

• “For every article, include a CTA at the end that says ‘For questions, give us a call at…’”
• “Use a more conversational tone throughout”
• “Avoid repetitive phrasing”
• “Format anchor text naturally within sentences”

Step 2: Run the Analysis

• Click “Continue to AI Analysis”
• The system will review your feedback and generate suggested improvements

Step 3: Save

• Review the suggested changes
• Click Save to apply your feedback

Important: Applying Feedback to Existing Articles

Giving feedback does not automatically update articles that have already been written.

Since content is typically created about 30 days in advance:

• Your feedback will apply to future articles automatically
• Existing articles will need to be updated manually

To update existing articles:

1. Open the article
2. Click Give AI Feedback
3. Select Rewrite Article

4. Confirm the rewrite by clicking the purple “Rewrite Article” button.

This ensures your new instructions are reflected immediately. You will need to do this for all articles within 30 days of the feedback being given in order for your instructions to be used.

What to Avoid

When submitting feedback, do not use the following buttons:

• Update Article
• Make Article More Concise
• Rewrite Article

These are separate tools and should only be used after feedback has been saved, as needed.

Will Future Articles Follow My Feedback?

Yes.

Once feedback has been submitted:

• All newly generated articles will follow those guidelines
• No additional action is required

Updating Your Feedback

You can update your instructions at any time.

Your existing, previous feedback is saved and continues to apply. You do not need to re-enter everything each time.

If something changes, simply provide the new instruction.

Example:

• Previous feedback: “Do not use bullet points”
• Updated feedback: “Bullet points are acceptable when appropriate”

The AI will follow your most recent instruction, replacing the previous version of that specific guideline.

To update your feedback:

1. Open any article
2. Click Give AI Feedback
3. Enter your updated instruction

• Focus on patterns you want applied across all content
• Write instructions as if guiding a writer on your team
